Actual prices depend on your specific project — the scope of work, your soil and water-table conditions, whether an engineered design is required, and site access. The written quote we provide after an on-site evaluation is the binding price for your project.

4. Warranties

We warrant the workmanship of our installation work for the period stated on your written quote. The materials themselves — the precast tank, distribution components, piping, and any pump equipment — carry the manufacturer’s warranty for the specific product installed. Both the workmanship warranty and the applicable manufacturer warranty are spelled out on your written quote before you sign.

Damage from new or unaddressed plumbing leaks, structural movement of the foundation, grading or drainage changes made after installation, or modifications made by anyone other than us are not covered.

5. Licensing and Insurance

New York regulates onsite septic work through county health department permits and inspections, with systems designed to NYS DOH Appendix 75-A standards; there is no statewide septic-installer license. Every installation or replacement we perform is permitted through the applicable county health department and inspected before backfill. Insurance and permit details for your specific project are provided on request and stated on your written quote.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Albany Septic Pros’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or any project work is limited to the amount you paid us for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
